This paper reviews the research and development activities conducted over the past few decades on construction materials management practices. And it studies to block a void created by the absence of proper materials management on construction sites. It is on the analysis of factors affecting effective materials management in building construction projects. Material management is an important tool and element in project planning and controlling in order to improve productivity in construction projects. Having the right materials in the right place at the right time is important for effective execution of a building project. Manyresearchers have shown that, construction materials and equipment may constitute more than 60-70% of the total cost for a typical construction project. Improper handling and management of material on the site adversely affects the cost of the project. This makes it necessary to implement material management practices on construction industry projects. A properly implemented materials management program can achieve the timely flow of materials and equipment to the jobsite, and thus facilitate improved planning, increased labor productivity, better schedules, and lower project costs. Further, the proper management of materials component can improve the productivity and cost efficiency of a project and helps to ensure timely and effectively completion of construction projects. One of the major problems in delaying construction projects is deprived materials and equipment management. Hence, it becomes necessary to study and implement material management practices in all construction industry. However, this review paper focuses on different materialmanagement practices adopted on sites and discusses their advantages and disadvantages of materials management in construction site.

In this paper presents the design of a MAC unit that is based on the Vedic multiplier and its application, for the processing of equations that solely contain multiplication terms. The use of Vedic multiplier as a replacement of the Vedic square helps in reduction of area and time delay. In this project, the Vedic multiplier is compared to the Vedic square both are based on the Urdhav Triyabhya sutra and also Vedic multiplier has based on the another two sutras those are Yavadunam and Nikhilam sutras of Vedic mathematics. Duplex property of this sutras forms the basis of Vedic multiplier. Using this, logic gates are eliminated from the initial level of 4*4 bit and 8*8 bit Vedic multiplier architecture. This leads to an increase in speed by means of reduced toggling of gates and time. Moreover, it reduces total area of gates and time delay of MAC unit (with Vedic multiplier and PIPO adder). Relative to the MAC with Vedic Square and Koggestone Adder. MAC unit based on Vedic multiplier PIPO adder is used to run the multiplication process in Urdhav, Nikhilam and Yavadunam of Vedic sutras

Urbanization has become a serious problem across most countries. Many developing countries like China and India are identified as suffering from the rise of urbanization over the past few years. The development of smart cities is an effective solution to major problems within most cities today. Internet of Everything (IoE) is identified as a critical solution needed in developing smart cities of the future. The Internet of Everything is identified as the networked connection of data, things, processes, and people. This means that IoT devices are a crucial element of the IoE but big data plays a key role in storing and processing those information for insight extraction. The study adopts a systematic review methodology. The selected articles are reviewed and analyzed to provide answers to the objectives selected. Each of these concepts is guided by the multidisciplinary theoretical framework. The Framework identifies that the components within a smart city should be interconnected, as identified in the pillars of the IoE.
